Melanie Brzozowski comes to Chef's Expressions with a deep passion for event planning. After studying to be a nurse, she realized that she wanted a career that embraced her creativity and enthusiasm for entertaining. For nine years, she worked with Cuisine Catering and excelled as their youngest Event Planner eventually becoming the Director of Sales. In July 2008, Melanie joined the Chef's Expressions catering and event planning team!

Melanie is an award winning Event Designer who has quickly become one of the best in Baltimore, DC, and Maryland. She is meticulous with details and has a flair for design - always thinking outside of the box of how to transform venues into amazing spaces that reflect the theme and mood of the event. Her familiarity with five-star cuisine and ability to create an exquisite menu with our Executive Chef is only one of her many skills. Her favorite part of an event is just before the guests arrive, when she has a brief moment to look around and see all the months of planning come to life.

Melanie is the current Vice President of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) in Baltimore. In 2011, she won Best Catered Event at the NACE National Conference.
